Compare HAC/T1 price relation. It's something like 1:25 if you take an Ishtar and a Vexor. Than take a "good" AF Ishkur and compare it with a T1 frigate like Incursus (1:80). Even Ishkur/Rifter price proportions sucks (1:40)

I think everybody agrees here. Caldari AFs , never flew one. So no clue what's wrong with them (besides they are AFs). "Changes for the Enyo:.." Bonuses and role bonus fits well. Drone can go. Slight PG upgrade would be good, but not too much. Tweaking is required. No additional med slot. Why not ? I don't think every AF should have 3+ meds. It would make them too uniform. Even today, you not choosing a Enyo for tackling but for it's DPS. With ongoing speed changes (sig tanking, scram disables mwd) todays triumvirate of mwd/web/disruptor will lose some of its importance. "Changes for Ishkur..." Bonuses and role bonus fits well. "Another Low Slot added ,CPU increase of 16." Why ? I don't think Ishkur needs a boost besides obligatory agility/mass AF-boost. 3(1)/3/3 is already a versatile layout. "Changes for the Retribution:..." No extra meds for Retribution. Add a 5 turret-slot and tweak it with damage bonus. Than we can say: Retribution, a true assault frigate. No tackling, only pure DPS. "Changes for the Vengeance..." Don't have a clue what to do with this ship. Heavy tackler ? No we already have Jags. DPS ? lol. "Changes for the Wolf.." "... 7.5% Small Projectile Turret Tracking Speed per level" No strange Gallente bonus on a Wolf. RoF is fine. Role Bonus, yes. No mid slot additions. See Enyo for explanation. CPU/PG tweaking ? Maybe. Wolf is very demanding when you fit 4x280mm. Even todays Arty-Wolf is fun to fly (best hit: 780HP wrecking), but suffers consequences from having no tank. "Changes for the Jaguar.." No turret tracking bonus. No extra turret. With proposed 50% role bonus Jag will do fine.

The Rifter hull the wolf's based on has a tracking bonus, and it is missed by more then a few pilots. Yes your right. I'm not complaining about it, I would love to fly such a Wolf :) I still think it would be lil bit too overpowered compared with other AFs. But this maybe only a tweaking issue not a general one.
